Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
Financial Command HQ is a private, owner-operated financial operating system and decision-support application. It is not offered as a public consumer service. This policy explains how the application handles information supplied by its owner and connected services.
Information the application uses
- Plaid and financial-account evidence: account identifiers, balances, transaction information, and connection status made available through an owner-authorized Plaid connection.
- QuickBooks evidence: authorized accounting information such as company context, invoices, payments, accounts receivable, and collection history.
- Google Calendar evidence: read-only event and scheduling information used for bookings, holds, out-of-office time, capacity, and pipeline context.
- Owner-provided facts: information the owner enters or confirms, such as bid hours, fees, work origin, obligation timing, and review decisions.
How information is used
Connected and owner-provided evidence is used to assemble the owner’s current financial position; analyze billing, accounts receivable, and collection timing; identify upcoming obligations; understand business pipeline and availability; support financial scenarios and decisions; and preserve evidence history and auditability.
Google Calendar and Google user data
Google Calendar access is read-only. Financial Command HQ does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or used to train a generalized artificial-intelligence model.
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
AI-assisted interpretation
UNKLE may use OpenAI as a service provider to interpret or explain bounded, structured application context. Deterministic application logic remains responsible for authoritative financial calculations. AI-generated interpretation cannot modify authoritative financial records or calculations, and Financial Command HQ does not use Google user data to train a generalized AI model.
Service providers
The application relies on service providers needed to operate its private infrastructure and connected evidence workflows, including hosting, security, and database infrastructure; Plaid; Intuit QuickBooks; Google Calendar; and OpenAI. Information is shared with these providers only as needed for the application functions they support.
Storage and protection
The private application is protected by owner-only authentication and access controls. Provider credentials are stored server-side rather than in browser storage and are protected before storage. Google Calendar uses a read-only authorization scope. When evidence is stale, incomplete, or unavailable, the application is designed to qualify or withhold dependent conclusions rather than present that evidence as current.
Retention and deletion
Connection records, normalized provider evidence, owner-provided facts, review decisions, and historical audit records may be retained while needed to operate, secure, explain, and audit the application. Provider tokens may be retained until a connection is disconnected, revoked, replaced, or deleted. Operational backups and service-provider retention may delay final removal for a limited period.
Owner control
The owner may revoke a connected service through that provider and may request deletion of stored connected-service data and related application records. Some historical or audit records may need to be retained long enough to preserve system integrity or meet operational obligations; any such limitation will be explained when a deletion request is handled.
