Terms of Use

Financial Command HQ is a private, owner-operated application available only to its authorized owner. These terms govern use of the private application and its connected evidence and decision-support features.

Informational use only

Financial outputs may include estimates, classifications, forecasts, or incomplete source data. Outputs should be independently reviewed when appropriate and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

No financial transactions

The application does not itself initiate payments, transfers, trades, payroll, tax filings, invoice changes, or other financial transactions. Google Calendar access is read-only: Financial Command HQ does not create, edit, or delete Calendar events.

Authorized access and acceptable use

• Private application access is limited to the configured authorized owner.
• The application may not be used to access data without authorization, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, or interfere with connected services.
• The owner is responsible for reviewing source data, maintaining authorized provider access, and protecting the devices used to access the application.

Availability and limitation of liability

The application is provided for internal use on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the application owner and Æthr are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application, provider outages, stale data, estimates, or decisions made from its outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
